Hi all,
I have a issue that i am unable to resolve.
I have a measure called value which is available for users to input data into.
When I restarted the service a pick list is added to this element althought it is empty.
There are no rules attached to the }elementattribute cube.
As this happens only on a restart am i right in thinking there must be a rule somewhere that creates the picklist or does anyone know of another way.
Thanks in advance
Lee.

Re: Picklist creation during service restart
Is there a picklist attribute available (regardless of rules)? If so, is the cell clear of any whitespace etc..

Re: Picklist creation during service restart
Hi
You should also check for a }PickList_<your cube name> cube. If one exists this will generally have rules attached to it that specify the PickList values.
However, I think Ed's suggestion that someone has added a PickList Attribute, visible in }ElementAttributes_<dimension> is more likely. It might potentially be on a dimension other than the measures dimension. I am not too sure what happens if you have PickLists on more than one dimension in a cube. That is why I tend to stick to using PickList cubes.
