Hello,
What do you think ?
I misspelled a dimension name lately in a TI process.
I used the wrong dimension name in a Dimix formula, to check in the metadata tab whether an element is new or not. The Dimix gives 0 as the result. Wouldn't it be an enhancement if it gave an error rather than 0, for dimensions that do not exist ?

Re: Dimix with non-existing dimension
I'm not sure they'd go for this, after all you can combine it with DimensionExists. I guess you could argue that any of the statements that involve TM1 object checks should have something built in that would react in this kind of way? I wonder if the new coming development interface will cover this?

Hi Jim,
It would be quite a change (also in other clients next to TI ) and I am also rather confident that IBM won't do this.
