TM1 Clients intermittently keep disconnecting from server

Hello,

In one of our PROD TM1 environments, TM1 clients keep disconnecting automatically and the user has to re-login every time after closing all open views and subsets. Disconnect problem occurs in Architect and Perspectives, and even in Tm1top.
We checked all timeout settings, they all seem to be ok. But the problem still persists.
Have you seen this problem before? what might be causing this issue?

ClientPingCAMPassport is already 36000.
