We have integrated Mode = 5(CAM BI Security). We recently moved from physical server to AWS cloud set up.
Our networking team opened 389 port from Active Directory domain server to AWS server.
Do we need to open 389 port from AWS server to Active Directory domain server?
While validating AD, we received following error:
[ ERROR ] CAM-AAA-0146 The namespace 'AD' is not available.
[ ERROR ] CAM-AAA-0064 The function 'Configure' failed.
[ ERROR ] CAM-AAA-0089 The provider is not initialized.
[ ERROR ] ADSI Error HRESULT Returns:
The server is not operational.
[ ERROR ] CAM-AAA-0124 The Active Directory function call to 'getDomainTreesTopology' failed.
[ ERROR ] AAA-AUT-0013 The user is already authenticated in all available namespaces.
***The Credentials are good as we validated same in physical server and that is working.
