I would like to know where the timeout set for PAX, using Active reports which returns #Value! when the PAX timed out and again logged-in. The reports come back only if I close the excel completely and re-login.
I have tried with MaxInactivityTimeout in PmHub, but no effect. I have called this excel in my application so when there is a timeout, reports show #VALUE!, its quite annoying so kindly get back is there a way to extent the time limit or a work around for this.
