Re: IF function return undefined type Error

Thanks guys. I repair post. Can you also repair your post such that it becomes clear what you want to achieve ? What issues you are encountering ? What are variables / parameters / what is the data source ? Your exact code (where all typo's are corrected) And so on. Maybe if you do so, helpers can ...

IF function return undefined type Error

Hey brains. how you workaround this issue: Example1: proc = pProc; executeprocess( proc , IF(param_type @= 'N' , Numbr( param_val ) , param_val ) ); Example2: if( param_type @= 'N' ); out = Numbr( param_val ); ELSE; out = param_val; ENDIF; OR out = IF(1=1 , '1' , 1); so far a solution with multiple ...

Re: How to make system appear "offline" - TM1Web login unavailable

Hello We use for this 2 step: 1 tm1kill.exe to kick all users from model. 2 run process append to all users *LOCK* string to passworh hash. I would like to warn you against using this approach. if you delete the line * LOCK * and insert the old password hash, we encounter a problem, cellpuss uses th...

Re: automation import users from active directory

Thank you guys all! Especially Paul SImon, you were right that CAMID is a derivative of the client’s property. And how it is all arranged, I will now tell for inquiring minds and for people whose life has faced this situation. So, we begin: The structure of CAMid is as follows: CAM (<NAMESPACEID>: <...

Re: automation import users from active directory

macsir, paulsimon there is one important detail, we avoid associating users with AD or BI groups; therefore, we use Integration Mode 5 so that we have the opportunity to bind CAm users to groups created in TM1! You have already spent more time posting on this board than it would have taken you to m...

Re: automation import users from active directory

Hi You can import the AD Groups from Server Explorer. If you are using CAM then the Users are automatically created and assigned to Groups according to their AD profile when they first sign in, but the Groups must be created first. Not sure how many Groups you need to create. The standard default i...

Re: automation import users from active directory

What you need to do is assign users into a proper cognos group as you are using CAM. The way I am doing is using Powershell with ActiveDirectory module to read AD info and then using Cognos SDK with Java to manipulate users and groups. Obviously you need SDK license to do so. A very interesting app...

automation import users from active directory

Hello colleagues. interested in the possibility of adding users from AD using any means of automation. The essence of the problem is that you need to import about 1000 users at once and assign them to tm1 groups (integration mode 5). Are there any thoughts on this subject? UPD: I’ll explain that use...

The only way I have cleaned up stubborn containers in the past has been a sledge-hammer approach i.e. docker-ci-zap
Unfortunately this removes ALL containers in the WindowsFilters folder but is useful when you have broken your PAW beyond repair.
Oh nice, thx i try it!

Re: Reclaiming disk space after PAW upgrade

We are faced with such a situation that the docker does not see containers that have remained a rudiment from previous versions. The only solution that I found is to completely delete the folder manually using utilities. docker creates files that cannot be deleted using standard windows methods. Any...
