TSA_WINSERVICE is not Running

Hi ,

I am unable to start this service , I am getting the below error message .

##### why this service will stop

************* Cannot start the TM1 server - xxx Test service on local computer *********************

*************** Error 1069: The service did not start due to logon failure *************************

Check the username and logon being used by the service (right click on the Tm1 server in Services and select Properties, then the Log On tab). Make sure the account includes the domain name - e.g. thedomain\username, and that both password fields are correct.
