Rules Tracer (RT) Enhancements

1. Colour Coding to distinguish N level and Consolidated elements would be very useful especially when you dont know the system. eg it turns greeN as you drill into the consolidation.
2. Colour Coding to distinguish which consolidation element is being broken down in the trace panel below.
3. An option to expand the full calculation tree with only N level elements showing with values in one key stroke (sim to expand all in SE)
4. Refresh any open window or open new window if new trace ordered DONT USE OLD TRACE NO MATTER WHAT UNTIL YOU CLOSE THE WINDOW
