Hi,
On tracing a rule for a particular cell value, it shows that there are 4 decimals for a simple element.
Is it possible, in any way, to change these number of decimals ( to make them three or remove them completely)?
Coz, while calculating, it takes all the decimal values into consideration, even though it doesn't display them.
Can someone help me regarding this??
Thanks

While questions (and new members) are welcomed, when it's something fundamental like this your best starting point (after the Request For Assistance Guidelines) is the Advanced Search feature which you'll find a link to at the top right of the screen.
The question of decimal places has been discussed in at least two recent threads which you may find useful:

Strangely enough, TM1 does ship with reference manuals. In the IBM Cognos TM1 Reference Guide you can find information about two functions, ROUND and ROUNDP.

I believe I've understood what you're after, which is to vary the number of decimals in the rules tracer; and the answer is no (or, to be really cautious, I'm not aware of how).
