.Net API bugs

Has anyone had experience in using the .net api?

I am completely new to this and I think I encountered a couple bugs.

If a subset is created via an expression and I query the api for Expression, this returns a empty string for both static and dynamic subsets.

If a consolidated element in a subset is collapsed, the children object doesn't enumerate. Children doesn't return null, but Children count returns 0.

Anyone have any insights?
