Pull data from one element and load to other element

Hi
I have a Cube with 7 Dimensions. One of them is User names Dimension.

Every User have Write access to his own Element in (S_Users dimension Eg: Matt Golman have write access matt element in Dim)
There is one Admin element in that dim which have Admin data in a cube .. no one is have Write to that Admin element.

Now i am creating a action button in Worksheets where if Matt logged in and press that

"Who press that button must load with Admin data.. to that perticular year and for that version which he have in his spreadsheet at that moment"

Approach:

I was beating around the idea to create a TI process with Parametes for User and year and then map that parameters into spreadsheet cell where matt and year is placed. But could not get exact idea to do this..

How can i make it happen??
