}ElementSecurity cube missing

Hi all,
I don't know why bud I'm missing element security cube for one of my dimensions. I was trying to create it manually but it doesn't allow me to create cube starting with "}".

How to create this cube? That dimension is very large and I want to assign security for some nodes only.

When you assign security to elements in the dimension TM1 will create the cube.
