Creating TM1 public view by none admin user

I'm searching for a solution to allow none admin users to create and share TM1 views.
Any idea?

I assume by 'non admin' you mean user that is not in 'ADMIN' group.
You can assign such a user to a group that has 'Admin' rights to specific cube.

Yes, I meant to user that is not in Admin group but also without admin right on the cube.
I will appreciate workaround solution for this.
