Replacing the 'TM11B.xls' with a name from SE

It is always confusing for the users that the Excel files they work on after opening from Server Explorer are named like 'TM11B.xls' instead of 'Actuals 2010.xls' they doubleclicked on.
I understand the need of uniqueness of names, but changing it to something like '(TM11B) Actuals 2010.xls' would be enough.
I usually use macro for displaying a name that tells the user which file it is, but in such a case I cannot use such a report in TM1Web.
