Hi guys,
Has anyone encountered this one? I don't see anything wrong with the rules, but it returns ERR in the cells.
The issue seems to be in the right part of &.
I tried DB, tried ATTRS. Didn't work.

What happens if you:
- do a Trace calculation on any of the cells ?
- limit to 1 condition to test, instead of having 2 conditions ?
- hardcode certain functions / references ?
- swap places for !}Groups and ATTRS( ... ) (switch left hand side and right and side of the equation) ?
