SmartCache is disabled - PA

Just noticed this message in server log with TM1 Build Number: 11.2.00000.27.
SmartCache is disabled
I remembered Smart Caching was mentioned years ago but never get much attention after that.
Was checking tm1s.cfg parameter set didn't end up anything as well.
Anyone knows anything about this ?
