Tm1 Cam security tm1 web url api

Hello,
First logged on into IBM cognos and got the campassport. Then using the below url for tm1 web url api,
http://localhost:9510/tm1web/UrlApi.jsp ... =localhost
Its opening the report but everytime before navigating to report tm1web logon screen is loading then redirecting to reports. But I dont want this tm1web login screen to display to user.
