Cognos TM1 Web API session token login

Using the Java function to get the sessionToken, go to the address:
I create an html file with this Javascript function, (file contents: http://pastebin.com/jEzDsTU1) I upload it to the server, but at startup I get the error:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)
On the server along the path D:\Program Files\ibm\cognos\tm1_64\webapps\tm1web\webapps catalogs dwrx\jsonp\TM1Service\login - of these files there is no.
Tell me, in what way or in what way can I get SessionToken?
