How to create new Version in QUBEdocs

Can some suggest how I can create a new Version in QUBEdocs ?

We are running an older version 4.0.1099.0 , I'm not sure if its still supported or by who now.
Be worth upgrading if I can find how to do that also.

I'm deploying a few new cubes and processes to PROD and some users ref to QUBEdocs for dataflow diagrams.
