Don't worry, my reply was me being dryly humorous. When it comes to IBM client software, my humour is often arid bordering on central Sahara. Frankly all the enjoyment of the absurdity of what IBM passes off as client software was sucked out of me yeaaaaars ago.

Interesting, but it's not exactly the 7th cavalry, I'm afraid. It's only for people who can get PAW working (and I admit that our uber-locked down environment doesn't help with that) or who could tolerate the idea of working with PAW (and I admit that such a concept is beyond me, and forever shall be, but let's not go there.)

But I note that they talk about what categories of snippets "are currently available", not about creating your own or customising them.

Mention of TM1py, also open source, is missing from this discussion, but imho it's one of the key developments (hand in hand with the introduction of the REST API by Hubert) in TM1 for a long time and kudos to Cubewise for resourcing and championing it - and I find it hard to imagine another way of developing it than via Github.
