Hi All,
Is it possible to trigger a automatic mail when TM1 server down?, if anyone implemented this could you please help me on this.

Many many options, and google is your friend on this. We use a combination of Pulse for TM1 which runs on the TM1 server (and does many other things), and Pulseway to monitor the servers and the services on it (including Pulse for TM1). There are ways to do it for free, but Pulseway in particular is fairly cheap so IMHO not worth reinventing the wheel.

This isn't really a TM1 specific question: what you're basically trying to do is be notified if a service stops. I did an internet search and seconds later came up with this this. To do it yourself and for free you'll need to be comfortable with VBS/Powershell or somesuch and put it together something like in the link above.
