Magnificent shot, and that's his thousand! The crowd rises to its feet to celebrate a marvellous innings. While the first English XI has struggled to make runs this summer, certainly the English TM1 side has had no such problems.

David Usherwood, only the 7th man to reach his millennium, 1,000 posts not out. Congratulations on a job well done!

Congratulations David. The only problem is that Alan didn't show the other teams scorecard. We're still being beaten by them bloody oz chaps!!!
