How to move all (tm1, reports,planner aps, etc) from one cognos server to another?

A bit too vague sorry.
What version of TM1? It is TM1 or Cognos Express.
Are the servers the same OS? Are you using integrated logon?
Have you already setup TM1/CE and just need to move the model over?
Using Cognos Express you can backup the entire system and restore it into CE on a new freshly installed server.
