On the sadistic entertainment side, I get to watch several people I know who use SPSS have to go through getting ICN's and then have to deal with the dog's breakfast that is the IBM web site.

Post integration, some poor SPSS user queries "SPSS Software Support Matrix". The brain dead "search engine", if one may glorify it with such a term, will return:
"This IBM Redbook discusses the high availability aspects of IBM WebSphere Application Server Network Deployment V6 ..."

OK, so that's actually a TM1 example. That's AFTER I'd selected TM1 as the software that I wanted to search against from the drop-downs. No, the article returned doesn't actually contain TM1 anywhere in it, but it did contain the word "software" and near enough should be good enough. Welcome to IBM, SPSSers!
"To them, equipment failure is terrifying. To me, it’s 'Tuesday.' "
