EV User Session Errors

I am looking for a little bit of guidance on this one since the technical workings of windows accounts is a little out of my realm.

We have a handful of users who are having issues getting into EV. They can sporadically get into the system and then without warning they get kicked out. The error they recieve is "Your session has be invalidated, or your SessionID is Invalid. Please contact....". We have put in a ticket with Cognos, but we are told this is solely on the windows side and in what Kerberos is sending to EV. This is only occuring for a small minority of users. Has anyone had experience with this type of behavior in EV?
