Mail rec'd stating new support process for IBM, just in case you have not had a mail about this.

Effective May 4, 2009 Cognos Insight will be replaced by the IBM Support Service Request (SR) system and Cognos Support phone numbers will be replaced with IBM Support in-country numbers. Read more...
