We create a view extract in our TI processes to zero out data. We have found that for string data, the ViewZeroOut command is not checking for consolidated values even if ViewExtractSkipCalcs is set to include consolidated values.
There used to be an old bug where rules were not skipped even though the view was set to skip. It seems the bug has resurfaced with consolidated string data points.
We did some testing and found the bug in 9.4.1 & 9.1.4.
9.0.2 does not have the bug.
