Hi
I have seen an earlier post (http://www.tm1forum.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=3082) asking whether it is possible to use an Alias in the approval hierarchy in Contributor. Is anyone aware if this has been fixed yet? Or is it not an issue and am I missing a glaringly obvious simplistic solution?
thanks
Jan

Re: Contributor Approval Hierarchy alias
Hi
I have resolved the issue. When you name your alias "Description" it will not use the alias in the approval hierarchy. If you name it something else it will work.
Apologies for posting in the wrong area of the forum.

jan

Re: Contributor Approval Hierarchy alias
Slightly off-topic, but aliases called 'Description' also cause issues when using TM1 with Business Viewpoint.
