Open IME

I was working on a TI process and right clicked. I noticed an option Open IME, see screenshot below.

I have no clue what this is or what it does. Anyone with any ideas? Windows 32 bit 9.0 SP2

It's a Microsoft thingie, not an Iboglix one. See the following link for details:

You could give it a go; I'd be interested to see how a TI written in Korean runs. :D
