Advanced rules editor wont work with Citrix for 9.4 fp1

Advanced rules editor wont work with Citrix for 9.4 fp1
Just to warn people that the Advanced Rules Editor that works with dot net framework does not seem to work with citrix. You get a momentary hang and then no message - check the windows application log of the server and you see that an application faulted.
