Unable to View the Data even though the user has Admin acces

Hi All,

My self Ashish, as part of our regular applix support. Today there is need for us to create a new user in TM1 security. I had created a new user and has assigned him under the Admin group. Generally a user who belong to Admin group has access to each and every corner of TM1. But today we had a pecular case, the user assigned under Admin group was able to login into Architect, TM1 Web, TM1 perspective, but when he tries to view the webreport data is not being diplayed for him. But the other users who belong to Admin group were able to view the data. I even noticed that there is no Applix Folder-->TM1 Data-->TM1p.ini file ceated for this user under c:/documents and settings/user profile. But he is able to log in to TM1 web.

TM1 Version: 9.1 SP3
OS Version: Windows Server 2003, 32 bit.

Can anyone help me.
