Interesting, ... I just tested this in 9.5 by blowing away all }Perf.. and }Stats objects and the }TimeIntervals dimension and restarting and I can report that StatsByCubeByClient is still most definitely broken (I could use other more colourful language but I'll refrain.)
As for the other PerfMon cubes it seems that due to Unicode corruption of the }TimeIntervals dimension only "Latest" is updated.
I only have a 9.5 server running at the moment but will check on 9.4.1.3 later and update in case this was something fixed in FP3 but the fix was not applied in 9.5 (or re-broken?)

Re: Tracking TM1 Usage
Hi Alan/Lotsaram ,
We are running on 9.4.1 FP3 now . The }StatsByCubeByClient is "broken" in FP3 also . I am able to see the details of ADMIN alone in the Monitor Cube . If any workaround is there please let me know .
Thanks & Regards
Anoop

Re: Tracking TM1 Usage
}StatsByCubeByClient is not working in 9.5.2 too...I tried testing with cube changes, start/stop service to start over, dimension & cube update but none of these actions made any changes to }StatsByCubeByClient cube - shows 0 for all.
