Hi Kavitha,
Just so you know this site is not an IBM site, more somewhere where TM1'ers can get together to trade tips and resolve detailed technical issues.
If you need technical support on an entire end to end piece then you really should be raising a support request with IBM, googling their on-line documentation or getting help from a reseller.
Regards,

Re: Tm1web on https
Hello Steve Rowe,
I am new to TM1 and I am not working in TM1 full fledged(not a consultant). I thought this site will support all the TM1 issues end to end. Reason of posting here is, ppl provide proper direction when I am confused and dont know which direction to go. Sometimes cant understand the exact difference between mode 2 and 3 in terms of authentication. So i raised that too.
If its something unrelated, just ignore.

To be fair, though, IBM doesn't seem to have gone to great lengths to incorporate this (pretty fundamental) task into its mainstream documentation. This article on 10.2.2 seems decently detailed, but in my humble it should be a step-by-step in the main documentation. There may be an equivalent document for PA2 (and if there is, the link should have been added to that document), but I do appreciate that it must be hard to document things when you change web servers about as often as you change your underwear...

Hi @Alan,
The idea behind is our application should work in all the modes with SSL. Depend on the customer requirement and environment we will make our application to support all. Hence have to change the setup frequently.
All are easy task once we know. I believe there will be a difference between 10+ yrs of exp and 6 month exp person.
