Tm1 perspectives equivalent Macro functions in Pax

Hello Everyone,
I want to know what are the equivalent API methods in Pax for the following,
M_clear
TM1RebuildCurrentSheet - is equivalent to RefreshAllData() ??
TM1RECALC1
TM1RECALC
W_DBSEnable
Actaully I was using above macro functions for Active Reports in Tm1perpectives via .net appliaction. But now changing to Pax, so looking for the equivalent APIs.
