Tm1 Pax CognosOfficeAutomationObject.bas file in vb.net

Hello Everyone,
Anyone has idea of how to refer these two CognosOfficeAutomationObject.bas and CognosOfficeMessageSuppressor.cls files in vb.net project.
Tm1 Pax doesnt support macros instead it has APIs.
Any idea or suggestions, welcome.
