Hello TM1 Experts out there!!!
I have many files I need to (1) download from Application folder to local folder and archive and (2) upload multiple new files mostly excel to the folder. Is there a way to automate (upload/download) this in TI or any other way, please advise.
Currently the manual way is to do it one by one.
regards

Re: Questions relating to - TM1 Application folder
Hello,
Those files are stored in the }Externals folder of the TM1 Data directory.
So look into that folder to download your files.
Do the new files replace the existing files with same file names ?

Hi Wim, thanks for quick support. I do not have admin rights to perform this task. Is there a way to process this copy/replace suggestion via TI Process?

Re: Questions relating to - TM1 Application folder
That should be feasible by using ExecuteCommand in a TI process, using MS DOS commands for example.
But that seems like a lot of overkill for a one-off task. I suggest that you involve IT or someone else with the ability to access/copy those files.
