Performance Modeller - Error Starting Java VM

Hi,
We are getting "Error Starting Java VM" while click on Performance Modeller. We tried few steps to resolve this issue such as:
1. Repair Performance Modeller
2. Installed JRE
3. Re-Installed C++ distribution package
4. Re-Installed TM1
But nothing works and still getting the same error. Could anyone help on this?
