Question for the masses, Do rule changes create a log anywhere? Can this be turned on? we are being asked for an audit and I have never come across this or been asked about it before.

It can but you have to have audit logging turned on for it to work. It's only going to work going forward so if you are being asked for an audit of stuff done in the past you are out of luck.
