PAX, Update drop down list default item after delete

Hello,
I'm using PAX for managing dimension elements, I created a list using "SUBNM" from a specific dimention and created a button for delete action, So user selects the element and delete it, I have a problem that the just deleted successfully element is still in the excel list, Is there a way to remove it and update the default item? I've tried update sheet, book, refresh,.. nothing works.
