TM1 servers not available at web

Hi,
I have installed TM1 10.X in AWS environment. the installation is completed successfully and i have test servers up and running.
i am able to access those from architect of that AWS server with Admin host blank or machine name.
But when i tried tm1 web by localhost:9510/tm1web or <machine-name>:9510/tm1web login screen appears but when i put admin host in the input field and hit refresh i am unable to get tm1 servers which are running on same machine.
I have checked IIS, port 9510 is open but still not able to get servers.
Please help me what additional changes i have to make.
