PAL 2.0.3 Web Client is not working with Windows Integrated login

Hello,
I am new to TM1. I have installed PAL 2.0.3 on Windows 16 server. I am able to run the server, access using Architect/Perspective etc. But the web Client, only works when I enter TM1 security parameters(Native authentication) when I try to run using Windows authentication I get "Authentication error login failed " error. I have configured IntegratedSecurityMode=2.
I have set up Java security file, krb5.ini,tm1webLogin as per instructions. Any thoughts what might be causing this issue? I am also not getting any debug logs in cognos\tm1_64\logs
