TM1Web Export to Snapshot: Some new lines omitted

I enhanced a websheet adding a new line (contains a new short Active Form which shows by design only one line). On screen anything works fine. But when exporting to Excel snapshot, the new line will not appear, all the other content gets exported. TM1 10.2.0 FP3 on Win Server 2008 R2 Ent., Excel 2010.
Is there a switch I might have missed to control if a line (or an Active Form as a whole) will be omitted when exported to a snapshot? Something into the formatting area or a pure Excel feature? In found many posts around exporting, but none about this strange behaviour. Any idea?
