User Set Up in Cognos Administration update TM1 User Group

Background:
TM1 10.2
BI 10.2.2

TM1 user is added to TM1 user group in Cognos Administration, TM1 authentication is based on BI, users are listed in Active Directory.

Question:
When I add, remove and change user into group, it takes a long time for TM1 to reflect these changes. It seems TM1 is not reading the latest data in BI but maybe a cache version.

What should I tell our IT people to look at in order to refresh the information more frequently?

You need to manually add any new groups to TM1. Their group status is not then reflected until the logon when the link for the user is refreshed,

I see. What about changing user from one group to another?

I may have found the answer.

I believe user have to log out from Windows as well. Will test again tomorrow.
