Hello all,

i am looking for material showing me the difference between IBM Cognos TM1 Web ( Version 10.1 ) and IBM Cognos Planning Analytics TM1 Web ( Version 2.0.3). In special the look and feel and the new functionality.

Hope that someone can help me with material ;-)

Nice weekend to all of you
Chris

It's not a whole lot different and functionality is mostly the same. The color scheme, icon set, and subset editor have been updated. We had minimal issues transitioning users after the upgrade.

Silw, while it was a big change underneath, I don't recall the end user experience changing much.

Biggest change was the change in TM1Web URL API syntax. Also Websheet Navigation Action Buttons, we had to "re-do" them all. Other changes were related to customizations we had done in TM1Web tool bar, and also the way TM1Web loads large websheets. We had large websheets and we were using TM1Web 10.1 Pagination options, these options disappeared in TM1 Web 10.2 and after

The bottom line is you are asking about an upgrade to a product that is over 5 years old, which in today's world is several eternities. Expect some pain. Install it in a test bed and give yourself plenty of time to work through the snags. Good luck.
