App-V install of TM1 Cafe requires multiple reboot of machine to start

Just wondered if anyone had seen this problem before

We have the Café add in installed under APP-V (Microsoft Virtualisation software that allows an application to run without conflicts as if it is the only application on the machine).

The Café add-in works fine and then suddenly we are in a situation where we require multiple restarts of the machine in order to get it to work.

When it doesn't work it loads a copy Excel*32.exe which you can view in Task Manager. This has a very small footprint. No error message is generated.

Once you get 'infected' with this problem it tends to persist making it very difficult for users to use TM1.

Does anyone know where any kind of APP-V profile information might be located such that we can reset the profile to avoid this problem, please?
