Hi
Subsequent to upgrading from TM1 10.2.2 to Planning Analytics 2.0 Local we can no longer connect to the server running IBM Websphere(default install) from a client.
On the server working through remote desktop it works fine.
We cannot connect to the tm1 server from tm1web or pmpsvc from a client on the LAN. We can connect through Perspectives and Architect, but not a browser(tried IE,Firefox&Chrome).
We checked that all the necessary server ports are open and disabled the client firewall(on the local network).
We are having this problem using the IP address as well as the full server name.
(http://servername:9510/tm1web & http://IP Address:9510/tm1web).
When we do netstat -a we can see 0.0.0.0:9510 listening.
Any suggestions what we can do to resolve this?

Re: Help! Client cannot connect to PA 2.0 Local
Hi
Just an update on this issue. As a last resort we had a look at the client's firewall ourselves and found that the Inbound rules didn't include port 9510, added that and it's working fine now.
