tm1p.ini is not being created

I am a TM1 Citrix user and previously every time I open TM1, the admin host and the SSL Certificate (V2) is set correctly.

We are currently planning an upgrade of the Excel from 2007 to 2013, this was tested in a Dev server as this was protocol in my company. So I got some users to test it

Now for some reason, every time I open TM1, all the configuration is gone and I asked our network team it seems like the tm1p.ini file is not creating in the Citrix profile server. Whenever I input the admin host and update the SSL certificate when I click OK, it says \Redirected\username\AppData\Applix\TM1: could not open file. Some of the users I asked to test the update of the Citrix Perspective don't encounter this but some do.

Have any of you encountered such error and have found a solution on this. I'm not familiar with Citrix.
