TM1 Performance Modeler 10.2 problem

Dear all,
When I tried to connect to http://server_name:9510/pmpsvc for the first time, it opens with a configuration page. (initialize.jsp), but here, I can not see any server in the dropdown even if I have started some tm1 servers.
In the Hôte admin : the localhost is assigned to an IP address even if I have not any IP address in the fpmsvc_config.xml ( a deleted all the content between <tm1> and <tm1/>)
Here is what I get every time :

And this is my configuration file :

The same time Architect and tm1webare available.
What should I do?
