[10.2.2] Excel crashed before Print

Hi,

We have several users who have encountered an Excel crash problem.

The program crashed once user clicked CTRL+P or tried to print via the File tab, but it was not always the case for all documents.
If we removed all Enterprise Printers in the Control Panel, the crash didn’t happen again.

With CAFE 10.2.2 FP6, TM1 10.2.2 FP6 & Excel 2013 SP1
PS: Only CAFE tab was available, Perspectives was not loaded.
