TI Process taking longer time in VM

Hi All,
I need you all expedite.
I am running there two TI process (for Meta data update) which it takes longer time approxi 6 hrs one TI and another one is 3 Hrs but my Tm1 instance running in VM machine, where in if we run from Physcial machine it is completing one process is approximately in 2 hrs and another is approximately 2 hrs.
Also, my source for those two tis are oracle and it is located in same location.
Do you know what is really causing stopping? In order to check each tab of procedure in TI Process we have hardcoded asciioutput in beginning and end of the each tab of prolog, data, epilog to see response time and it gives the following. So do you see is this is because of TI or VM or Server level configuration.
